The Allied Logistics Concierge Customer Care (CCC) Division is comprised of a dedicated team of customer centric – trained CCC Agents, led by a Chief Customer Officer.  The division is equipped with a custom Transportation Management System (TMS), and a state of the art Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), however  the team  is very clear that technology serves only as a tool to achieve operational efficiency. They understand that despite all the technical advances and innovations, logistics remains a people business.  That is the reason that each team member strives to deliver differentiated, distinct, and exceptional, customer experiences.
